morrow (appmorrow.com) is operated by Melike Işık Bozkurt, the data controller for the information described below. For any privacy question or request, contact info@appmorrow.com.

• Account info: name, email, and password (handled by Supabase Auth).
• Production content: screenplays, scene breakdowns, schedules, budgets, shot lists, call sheets, and crew details you add to a project.
• Billing info: plan, currency, and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe directly, not by us.
• Usage data: pages visited and general product usage, via Google Analytics.
• Approximate location: derived from your IP address at the moment you load the pricing page, used only to decide whether to show EUR or USD pricing.

• To run the service: store your projects, generate schedules/budgets/shot lists, and let you share call sheets.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional email: crew invitations, task assignments, account and billing notices.
• To understand product usage and improve morrow.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.

To generate a scene breakdown, schedule, budget, or shot list, the relevant parts of your screenplay or project data are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Groq, and OpenAI) for processing. These providers process the data to return a result to morrow; we don't permit them to use your content to train their models under our agreements with them.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make morrow work:

• Supabase: database, authentication, file storage.
• Stripe: payment processing and billing.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Google Gemini, Groq, OpenAI: AI generation for breakdowns, schedules, budgets, and shot lists.
• Google Analytics: product usage analytics.
• Vercel: hosting and IP-based geolocation for currency detection.

Call sheets and schedules you generate a share link for are accessible to anyone with that link. Treat the link itself as sensitive.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your projects and personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep billing records to comply with tax or accounting law.

Depending on where you live, including under KVKK (Türkiye) or GDPR (EEA/EU), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@appmorrow.com and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use cookies and similar technology for authentication (keeping you signed in) and for Google Analytics, which uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from staying signed in.

Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security policies restricting each account to its own data. Payment details never touch our servers. They're handled entirely by Stripe. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

morrow is intended for professional use and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as morrow evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect.
