Terms of Use

morrow ("morrow", "we", "us") is operated by Melike Işık Bozkurt. These Terms apply as soon as you access morrow at appmorrow.com, whether or not the business registration above is complete yet.

morrow is production management software for film and video projects. It helps you break down a screenplay into scenes, generate and optimize a shooting schedule, estimate a budget, build a shot list, and create and share call sheets with your crew.

You need an account to use morrow. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to sign up. If you're signing up on behalf of a company or production, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

• New accounts get a 15-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start a trial.
• Paid plans (Solo, Indie, Studio) are billed monthly through Stripe, in EUR or USD depending on your location.
• Each plan has limits on users, projects, and certain AI features (like the scheduling optimizer and AI Scheduling Score); exceeding a limit may require upgrading.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it's resolved.

Schedules, budgets, scheduling scores, and other AI-generated output are estimates meant to speed up your planning, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Local rates, availability, and regulations change, so you're responsible for verifying anything AI-generated before you rely on it for an actual production.

You keep ownership of the screenplays, schedules, budgets, and other material you upload or create in morrow ("your content"). You grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your content, including sending it to third-party AI providers, solely to provide the service to you. We don't use your content to train AI models.

Call sheets and schedules you share via a public link are viewable by anyone who has that link, whether or not they have a morrow account. Keep that in mind before sharing.

You agree not to:

• Use morrow for anything illegal, or upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Resell or provide access to morrow to third parties outside your own team, beyond what your plan allows.

morrow relies on third-party providers to work: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and AI providers (including Google Gemini, Groq, and OpenAI) for generating breakdowns, schedules, budgets, and shot lists. Your use of morrow is also subject to those providers processing data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can stop using morrow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

morrow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated schedules or budgets. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Türkiye, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to a different venue.

We may update these Terms as morrow evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.
